Transmission Structure Options
A Type: Direct Drive
Cantilever design without bearings, with fan impeller mounted directly on motor shaft. Fan speed matches motor speed. Ideal for compact centrifugal fans with small footprint.
B Type: Belt Drive (Internal)
Cantilever design with belt transmission, pulley mounted between two support bearing housings. Suitable for medium to large centrifugal fans requiring variable speed operation.
C Type: Belt Drive (External)
Cantilever design with belt transmission, pulley mounted outside two support bearings. Designed for medium to large centrifugal fans with easier pulley removal access.
D Type: Coupling Drive
Cantilever design using coupling to connect ventilator main shaft and motor, coupling installed outside bearing housings. Fan speed matches motor speed. Applied to medium and large centrifugal fans.
F Type: Double Support Coupling
Two-support design with coupling connecting ventilator main shaft and motor, bearings installed on both sides of casing. Suitable for double suction or large single suction centrifugal fans. Provides superior operational stability.
