6 Inch Inline Exhaust Fan Q235 Forced Draft Fan Wiht Bottom Foot
Heavy duty centrifugal fans 6 inch inline exhaust fan forced draft fan duct fan ancillary equipment bottom foot
When the impeller rotates with the shaft, the gas between the blades also rotates with the impeller to obtain the inertial centrifugal force, and the gas is thrown out from the outlet between the blades. The ejected gas is squeezed into the casing, so the pressure of the gas in the casing increases and is finally directed to the outlet. After the gas is ejected, the pressure in the central part of the impeller decreases. The outside gas can be inhaled from the inlet of the fan through the hole in the center of the impeller front disc, and the gas can be continuously transported.
The centrifugal fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, regulating air door and driving device.
Impeller: consists of the front disc, the back disc and the blade installed in the two discs;
Casing: the casing of the fan is volute shaped and welded with thin steel plates. Its role is to collect the gas from the impeller, and make it flow smoothly along the rotation direction of the impeller to the outlet of the fan, and make the gas pressurized;
