Designed primarily for forging furnaces and high-pressure forced ventilation systems, these centrifugal blowers are also suitable for material transport and handling non-corrosive, non-flammable gases. The operating temperature typically remains below 50°C, with maximum tolerance up to 80°C.

Installation & Operation Guidelines
Pre-Installation Requirements
- Verify proper clearance between air inlet and impeller
- Ensure horizontal spindle alignment and coupling concentricity
- Confirm correct regulating door installation and rotation direction
- Check for proper bearing lubrication and cooling system functionality
Operational Parameters
- Bearing temperature should not exceed ambient temperature by 40°C
- Vibration velocity must remain below 6.3mm/s
- New installations require minimum 2-hour test run
- Repaired units need at least 30-minute operational testing
Emergency Stop Conditions: Immediately shut down if severe noise occurs, bearing temperature rises rapidly, or significant vibration and impact are detected.
