Do not use in open space
Due to the low static pressure in open space, it is very likely to cause the motor to overheat and burn rapidly when the forward tilting centrifugal fan is operated under this environment. Therefore, in the case of power operation/trial operation such as entrance inspection, please be sure to avoid the forward centrifugal fan in the open place. If the test site is relatively open, a windshield can be placed near the air inlet to increase the static pressure artificially to avoid overheating of the motor.

Volute installation to avoid "pull down"

The volute of the forward centrifugal fan is often equipped with the bottom flange, outlet flange and other accessories at the time of delivery, which is convenient for customers to install. However, in order to ensure the life of the volvulus, customers should pay attention to all flange interfaces, and there is only one hard connection with hard materials, and the rest of the flange interfaces are either not used or soft connection is used.

If the volute has multiple hard connections, it will produce a "pull down" effect on the volute, and the energy generated by the fan vibration during daily use cannot be effectively released, which will cause serious damage or even tear to the volute in the long run. Therefore, it should be noted that there can only be one hard connection.
