Operational Guidelines
Vibration Monitoring
Initial bearing vibration is minimal but increases as dust accumulates unevenly on impellers. Maximum allowable vibration is 11 mm/s. Automatic vibration monitoring systems provide alerts when approaching dangerous levels.
Temperature Control
Normal bearing temperature operates at ≤70°C. Cooling systems and oil levels should be monitored regularly. Automatic shutdown occurs at 90°C for safety protection.
