Industrial Centrifugal Radial Fan High Pressure Blower 9000-25425 Pa 3297-43305 m³/h Capacity
Our high-pressure centrifugal fan operates on the principle of converting kinetic energy into potential energy. A high-speed rotating impeller accelerates the gas, which then slows down and changes flow direction, transforming kinetic energy into pressure energy.
In single-stage centrifugal fans, gas enters the impeller axially and shifts to radial direction before entering the diffuser. Inside the diffuser, gas flow direction changes cause deceleration, converting kinetic energy into pressure energy. Most pressure increase occurs in the impeller, with additional pressure generation in the diffuser.
For multistage centrifugal fans, a reflow mechanism directs airflow into subsequent impellers, generating significantly higher pressure levels for demanding industrial applications.
