1. Description and application:
High shear liquid mixer for lump-free wetting and dispersing of powder and granules is a new mixing equipment with novel structure design to handle material in liquid state, like mixing liquid with liquid, liquid with powder, paste material, and dissolving. The mixing agitators are variously combined according to different materials.
Many internal stirring ways are available for choice, such as: anchor blade paddle with scraper, 3 leaf anchor propeller, high speed dispersion plate, high shear emulsification, screw type mixer, multilevel paddles, etc.

2. Working principle:
The mixing blades or stirring paddles of liquid mixer machine rotate along a fixed direction under the driving of the power unit. The materials are pushed to do axial rotation and radial rotation during the rotation of the stirring paddles.Stirring blades or blending paddles of the high shear liquid mixer machine has very high linear velocity, which will make materials dispersed evenly in short time.
