2A: Yes, please contact us for specific details if you need a logo or custom packaging.

3Q: Can you do design for my ideas or drawing?

3A: Yes, we have experienced designers and our own molding factory. According to your requirements, we can design or open mold which has a competitive price.

4Q: Do you accept small orders?

4A: Yes, we accept small orders or trial orders to test market demand.

5Q: May I get your samples to check the quality first?

5A: Yes, we'd like to offer a sample within 7 days and some samples are free.

6Q: What's the shipping way?

6A: Regarding the samples order, we can send them by FedEx, DHL, TNT express which we have a 35%

discount and the large quantity goods are shipped by ocean shipping according to the client's demands.

7Q: How long can you ship the goods? Do you have stock for this item?

7A: For products that are in stock, we can deliver to you in 5-10 days. Regular lead time for mass production is 20-45 days depending on order quantity. We keep some stock for standard item but the stock qty is always floating. Please feel free to contact us to get more update info.

8Q: How about the after-sales service?

8A: We do 100% inspection during production and before packaging. If there is any problem with functional and quality, we'd like to provide a replacement in the next order
