Hoisting plug is very widely used as a wireline core drilling part in drilling . As a connecting link between hoisting line and drill pipe, the hoisting plug consists of a bail, roller bearing and a tool joint thread. It is always used to run or pull casing with a casing plug or adaptor.
Applications of Hoisting Plug
1) Ensure smooth spinning: keep the hoisting plug clean and oil the bearing and coupling threads.
2) Easy operation: no slide and damage to drill rod.
