Reflective Film Description
LZT7200 Engineer Grade Reflective Vinyl Film is a premier quality, durable, enclosed lens glass beaded, this retro-reflective sheeting intended for using on many non-critical traffic signage and commercial application. Such as temporary road traffic signs, graphic signs, commercial applications, and barriers.
LZT7200 Engineer Grade Reflective Vinyl Film meets applicable requirements for Type I retroreflective sheeting in ASTM D4956 Type I, EN12899 RA1 standard. 
  
Application
7200 Engineer Grade Reflective Vinyl Film utilize a pressure sensitive adhesive that has been specially designed to retain adhesion over a wide temperature range and for application to a broad range of surfaces, and (although not optimal) may even
include moderately rough or porous wood, plastic, and a variety of metal surfaces.
 
Notes
The suitable operating temperature for reflective film is 18-28°C. Please keep the surface of the object clean and smooth before operation so that the reflective film can fit more completely with the surface of the object without blistering (if blistering occurs, please use a needle Pierce, then squeeze out the air with a clean rag).
After the reflective vinyl film has been applied, please let it sit indoors for about 24 hours to ensure that the glue fully adheres to the surface of the object and enhances the adhesion.
