EGP Micro Prism High Visibility Reflective Vinyl Roll Film For Traffic Signs is a high-performance material designed for creating highly visible road signs and other traffic safety products. It features a multi-layer construction that includes a printable acrylic surface, a reflective layer for enhanced visibility, and an adhesive backing for easy application to various surfaces.

Application

1.Preparation: Before applying the high intensity grade reflective sheeting, the surface must be cleaned and prepared to ensure proper adhesion. 

2.Application: A machine equipped with a heated roller is used to or directly manually apply the HIP prismatic reflective sheeting to the surface. With the release liner and strong PSA adhesive, the installtion is easy.

3.Cutting: Once the prismatic reflective sheeting has been applied, it is cut to size using a sharp blade or knife.

4.Curing: After the film has been cut, it is allowed to cool and harden, creating a durable and long-lasting sign.

5.Maintenance: Over time, the HIP reflective sheeting may begin to fade or degrade due to exposure to sunlight, weather conditions, or traffic. To maintain optimal visibility, the reflective film should be regularly inspected and repaired or replaced as needed.
