Heat Resistance Self Adhesive Insulation Zone Taflon PTFE Film Coated Fiberglass Fabric Cloth Teflons Silicone Tape For ACF Cable Bonding is made of heavy PTFE coated fiberglass, single sided or double sided coated with high temperature resistant silicone adhesive (No residual glue).It can resistance 300 degrees. This premium tape which has a heavier PTFE coated can provide a smoother surface with enhanced durability compared to other PTFE silicone adhesive tape. Due to its well know PTFE properties, the excellent strength and dimensional stability of the fiberglass, and a high temperature range of the adhesive system results in a roduct appropriate for use in a variety of high temperature demanding applications. Yellow rippled release liner or dot dimple PVC release liner is applied to the adhesive surface for ease of application. Widely use for packaging (heat sealing, shrink wrapping) as a heat resistant release surface placed over heating elements and pressure bars,the tape maintains durability at high speeds and high temperatures.

Applications:
1.For roll wrapping in polyethylene laminators (Suitable for long continuous use as the tape has superior durability and
mechanical strength).
2.For endless belts of polyethylene laminators.
3.For insulation of coils as a class H insulating material.
4.Can be laminated with metals, plastics and ceramics as general sliding materials.
