Application
Solder joints can only be formed when the welding parts are heated to a melting point higher than the welding alloy. Manual welding or machine heating is used. By contacting the cored solder wire with the parts, the flux can flow on the surface and remove the oxide metal. When the solder wire forms a thin metal to metal chain, it becomes a solder joint.
