Surface Quality
(1) The surface of the strip should be smooth and clean, and there should be no wind layer, cracks, bubbles, thorns, and inclusions;
(2) Slight local defects such as scratches, spots, pits, indentations and roll marks are allowed, and the thickness of the unused strip exceeds the allowable deviation. Slight oxidation color, darkening and slight local oil marks are not allowed Scrap basis;
(3) Both sides of the strip should be cut evenly without burrs, cracks and curling.
(4) The strip should be straight, but slight waves are allowed; the curvature of the side of the strip is greater than 3 mm per meter of cloth.
