Product Details

1J79 alloy is an iron-nickel soft magnetic alloy. It has the characteristics of high permeability and low coercivity. It is widely used in electromagnetic wave shielding and electromagnetic compatibility with magnetic field characteristics. However, the magnetic properties of the 1J79 soft magnetic alloy are very sensitive to stress, and it is impossible to avoid the influence of stress in practical applications, such as material winding, extrusion, etc., which will affect the magnetic permeability of the material. The influence of stress on the magnetic permeability of materials has been paid more and more attention by people. When a ferromagnetic material is subjected to mechanical force, strain is generated in its interior, resulting in stress staring and changes in the magnetic permeability range. When a ferromagnetic material is magnetized, if it is restrained from stretching, stress will be generated inside. Likewise, externally applied forces also generate stress, which has long been considered an important factor affecting the magnetic properties of ferromagnetic materials. It is pointed out in the literature that the influence of stress on permeability can be eliminated or reduced after the material undergoes proper processing. However, the previous research mainly focused on the change of the magnetic permeability of the material under weak magnetic field. In recent years, the problem of strong field shielding has been paid more and more attention. There is no research report on the change of the magnetic permeability of the 1J79 alloy before and after the stress in the strong magnetic field.
