Product Description
Nickel-plated copper strip has excellent surface color, conductivity, processability, ductility, weather resistance, corrosion resistance and weldability. It will not produce gas embrittlement effect at high temperature. It can be soldered and ultrasonically welded. The main component of the resistance alloy has good corrosion resistance, good welding performance and processing performance, and is widely used in electric heating elements in low-voltage electrical appliances such as thermal overload relays and low-voltage circuit breakers.
- Ni Plating: Electroless Nickel, Hybrid Electroless Nickel, Normal Electroplating

- Width: Any width of 20~100mm can be produced. (customized production according to customer requirements)
- Thickness: 0.2T~0.5T (customer optional)
- Nickel plating layer (Plating thickness): Nickel plating layer on 4 sides
- Nickel plating thickness: 1um±0.5um
- Chamfering (Edge treatment): 20W~100W(mm) can be chamfered
- Surface treatment: according to customer requirements. (DBT: can produce 85 degrees/1000PPM/24H, 48H, 168H, 28 days)

Test indicators
- Bending Test: 180 degrees 5 times or more
- Corrosion resistance immersion test: (Dipping Test): constant temperature 85 ℃, note 1000PPM water, 24H, 48H, 168H will not fall off the coating.
