Main Characteristics
Front panel features LCD touch screen, key controls, and power switch with full digital display. Compatible with switch signals for start/stop control and PLC power regulation via industrial interfaces.
Visual human-computer interface provides intuitive operation with flexible integration capabilities for robots, automation equipment, and remote control systems.
Remote control functionality with digital circuit control allows power adjustment from 0% to 100% resolution. Optional digital PID temperature control module enables automatic target temperature setting with ±1°C accuracy.

- Manual: Direct on/off switch control
- Timer: Set heating duration with automatic stop
- Fixed Temperature: Heat to preset temperature then stop
- Constant Temperature: Automatic power adjustment to maintain set temperature
- Section Heating: 8 programmable sections (S1-S8) with individual power, timer, and temperature settings
Nine programmable memory slots (P1-P9) store settings for different workpieces, enabling quick selection and efficient operation.
