The 1-inch Aerosol Bag On Valve (BOV) system is an advanced packaging solution designed for pharmaceutical and body care products where product-propellant separation is essential. This innovative technology ensures product purity and consistent dispensing performance.
Technology & Operation
The BOV system features a valve with an attached flexible multilayer film bag containing the product. The propellant (liquid gas or compressed gas like Nitrogen/air) fills the space between the bag and can, compressing the bag to dispense product through the valve when the actuator is pressed.
