Our lightweight 1-inch BOV (Bag On Valve) aerosol valve system is engineered for sunscreen tin cans and other applications requiring product-propellant separation. This advanced packaging technology ensures optimal product integrity and dispensing performance.
Technical Specifications
The BOV system consists of a valve with an affixed flexible multilayer film bag containing the product. Propellant (liquid gas or compressed gas like Nitrogen or air) fills the space between bag and can, squeezing the bag to release product through the valve when activated.
