Our 20mm Bag-on-Valve (BOV) system represents advanced aerosol packaging technology designed to maintain complete separation between product content and propellant. This innovative solution is engineered for superior performance across multiple industries including cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, household products, food & beverage, and personal protection applications.
Technical Specifications
The BOV system consists of a precision valve with a flexible multilayer film bag welded directly to it. The product is contained within the bag, while the propellant (liquid gas or compressed gas such as Nitrogen or air) fills the space between the bag and the can wall. When the actuator is pressed, the propellant compresses the bag, forcing the product through the valve for consistent dispensing.
