Description
YY-B30T Facial tissue automatic bundler is suitable for automatic bundling package of single-packed facial tissue and napkins.
The arranging, counting of the paper, pushing the bag, forward filling, filling the bag, pulling the bag, etc,. the actuators are all controlled by servo drive, which is easy to operate and easy to maintain.
The centralized management mode of the central negative pressure station is adopted to effectively reduce energy consumption.
The sealing adopts the upper and lower heating mode of the original heating tube, which fully meets the diverse needs of users such as changes in the thickness of the packaging material, inner/surface printing, and inaccurate corona density of the packaging material, ensuring strong adaptability of the packaging material, beautiful sealing and stable operation.

Our Production Process and Delivery to Customer
We have our own CNC to do parts machining, and then shot blasting, we do baking paint for all the parts. Next we start the assembly, when the machines are finished, we will do the commissioning and test running. If customer will not come to our factory to check and approve, we will send machine photos and videos to customer for confirmation and approval before packaging and shipment.
