RM500U-CN is a 5G Sub-6 GHz module specially designed for IoT/eMBB applications. Using 3GPP Release 15 technology, it supports both 5G NSA and SA modes. RM500U-CN adopts M.2 package and is compatible with Quectel RM500Q series modules.
