SC2001QDER has the voltage rating of 30V and multiple built in protections including thermal protection, constant power, constant current and OVP to ensure safe operation of the system.
SC2001QDER integrates Gate driver, 10-b ADC and high precision amplifiers to reduce external components to the minimum.
