The XC7Z020-3CLG484E is a high-performance System on Chip featuring 2 cores and 85K logic cells as part of the Zynq-7000 family, combining FPGA flexibility with ARM processor performance.
Product Overview
This multi-protocol DDR memory controller supports 16-bit or 32-bit-wide accesses to a 1 GB address space using single rank configurations of 8-bit, 16-bit or 32-bit DRAM memories. ECC is supported in 16-bit bus access mode. The Processing System incorporates both the DDR controller and associated PHY, including dedicated I/Os.
