VN7016AJEPTR device is a dual channel high-side drivermanufactured using proprietary VIPower® M0-7 technology and housed in PowerSSO-16package. VN7016AJEPTR device is designed to drive 12 Vautomotive grounded loads through a 3 V and5 V CMOS-compatible interface, providingprotection and diagnostics.

• Overload and short to ground (power limitation) indication

• Thermal shutdown indication

• OFF-state open-load detection
