Product Overview
The MPQ2166AGRHE-AEC1-Z is an internally compensated, dual PWM synchronous step-down regulator operating from 2.7V to 6V input voltage range. It generates output voltages as low as 0.6V and can be configured for 2A/2A or 3A/1A output current regulation. With low 65µA quiescent current, it is ideal for powering portable equipment running on single-cell Lithium-ion batteries.
