Product Description
The INA270AQDRQ1 is a current-shunt monitor with voltage output that can sense voltage drops across current shunts at common-mode voltages from -16V to +80V, independent of the supply voltage. The pinouts are optimized for easy filtering implementation.
Available with two output voltage scales (14 V/V and 20 V/V), this device features a 130-kHz bandwidth for simplified use in current-control loops. It operates from a single 2.7V to 18V supply, with maximum supply current of 900 µA. The INA270AQDRQ1 is specified for extended operating temperatures from -40°C to +125°C and comes in an SOIC-8 package.
