The CY8C4014LQI-422 PSoC® 4 is a scalable and reconfigurable platform architecture for programmable embedded system controllers featuring an Arm® Cortex™-M0 CPU. This innovative solution combines programmable analog and digital blocks with flexible automatic routing. As the smallest member of the PSoC 4 platform architecture, the PSoC 4000 product family integrates microcontroller capabilities with standard communication peripherals, best-in-class capacitive touch-sensing (CapSense), and general-purpose analog functionality. Designed for upward compatibility with other PSoC 4 platform members, it supports evolving application requirements.
