The VN5E025AJTR is a single channel high-side driver manufactured in ST proprietary VIPower M0-5 technology, housed in the compact PowerSSO-12 package. Designed for 12V automotive grounded loads, it provides protection, diagnostics, and easy 3V/5V CMOS compatible interface with any microcontroller.
