Product Description
The NX20P3483UK is a versatile integrated circuit combining multiple power switches and an LDO for USB Power Delivery applications. This IC features a bi-directional high-voltage power switch supporting 20V sink and 6V source operations, a 5V power switch for source, and a 100mA LDO for dead battery operation support.
The high-voltage power switch offers 29V DC tolerance, capable of sinking up to 5A at 20V maximum and sourcing up to 3.4A at 6V maximum. When configured as a high-voltage sink switch, it includes overvoltage protection and reverse current protection. As a high-voltage source switch, it integrates an adjustable overcurrent limit circuit.
