Product Description
The ADG5236BRUZ is a monolithic CMOS device featuring two independently selectable single-pole/double throw (SPDT) switches. The LFCSP package includes an EN input for device enable/disable functionality. When disabled, all channels switch off. Each switch conducts bidirectionally when active and handles input signals across the full supply range. The switches feature break-before-make switching action, making them ideal for multiplexer applications.
