Product Description
The ADC122S706CIMTX is a dual 12-bit, 500 kSPS to 1 MSPS simultaneous sampling Analog-to-Digital (A/D) converter. Both channels feature simultaneous sampling to preserve relative phase information. Based on a successive-approximation register architecture, it maintains differential analog inputs from internal track-and-hold circuits through the A/D converter for excellent common-mode signal rejection. The converter supports an external reference voltage ranging from 1.0V to VA.
