Product Description
The INA139NA/3K is a high-side, unipolar current shunt monitor featuring a wide input common-mode voltage range, high-speed operation, low quiescent current, and compact SOT-23 packaging. Its independent input common-mode and power-supply voltages range from 2.7V to 40V, with a quiescent current of just 60µA for minimal measurement error.
This device converts differential input voltage to current output, which can be reconverted to voltage using an external load resistor for adjustable gain from 1 to over 100. While designed for current shunt measurement, it offers versatile applications in various measurement and level shifting scenarios.
