The IPD60R600P7 600V CoolMOS™ P7 superjunction (SJ) MOSFET is the successor to the 600V CoolMOS™ P6 series. It balances high efficiency with ease-of-use in the design process. Featuring best-in-class RonxA and inherently low gate charge (QG) of the CoolMOS™ 7th generation platform, it ensures superior efficiency.
