Product Description
The W25Q128JVEIQ is a 128Mbit Serial Flash Memory with uniform 4KB sectors and Dual/Quad SPI support. This memory IC provides an efficient storage solution for systems with limited space, pins, and power requirements. It supports standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), Dual/Quad I/O SPI with Serial Clock, Chip Select, and Serial Data I/O0 (DI), I/O1 (DO), I/O2, and I/O3. The W25Q128JVEIQ supports SPI clock frequencies up to 133MHz, enabling equivalent clock rates of 266MHz (133MHz x 2) for Dual I/O and 532MHz (133MHz x 4) for Quad I/O when using Fast Read Dual/Quad I/O.
