Product Description
The LTC4213CTS8 is an electronic circuit breaker that senses voltage across drain and source terminals of an external N-channel MOSFET without requiring a sense resistor. This design offers cost efficiency and reduced voltage/power loss in the switch path. It includes an internal high-side driver to control the external MOSFET gate.
