The SGM61163XTRI14G is an efficient 6A synchronous buck converter with integrated power MOSFETs and a wide 4.5V to 18V input range. This current mode control device is optimized for high-density applications with minimal external components. With switching frequencies up to 2MHz, it enables compact solutions using smaller inductors and capacitors. The device supports standalone or tracking power supply configurations, with the SS/TR pin controlling output voltage startup ramp or tracking input.
