The TPS79801QDGNRQ1 is the first device in a line of 50V high-voltage micropower low-dropout (LDO) linear regulators. This automotive-grade component delivers 50mA output current with an exceptionally low dropout voltage of only 300mV. Engineered for low quiescent current and high-voltage (50V) applications, it features 40µA operating current and 1µA quiescent current in shutdown mode, making it ideal for battery-powered systems and high-voltage applications.
