The IKW40N120CS7 is a 1200V, 40A TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 S7 discrete device in a TO-247 package, incorporating an EC7 diode. It delivers low VCEsat to achieve exceptionally low conduction losses in target applications, while the co-packaged, highly flexible and fast-switching emitter control diode helps minimize switching losses, thereby reducing overall total losses.
