The STSPIN840 is a compact brushed DC motor driver capable of simultaneously driving two bi-directional brushed DC motors. This highly integrated solution combines both control logic and a fully protected low RDSon dual full-bridge power stage in an extremely small 4 x 4 mm QFN package.
