SPC1168APE Microcontroller MCU High Integrated System-On-Chip Microcontroller
The SPC1168APE is a highly integrated system-on-chip (SoC) microcontroller designed for demanding applications. It incorporates a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 high-performance processor with software-programmable clock rates up to 200 MHz, 64 KB SRAM, 128 KB embedded flash memory, and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals.
Key Features
This advanced microcontroller features a 14-bit ADC, three programmable gain amplifiers (PGAs), six enhanced PWMs, three general purpose 32-bit timers, and standard communication interfaces including UART, I2C, and SPI. These capabilities make the SPC1168 ideal for motor control applications.
The device incorporates two innovative technologies: multi-region security protection to enhance code security, and programmable IO technology similar to FPGA, which can be configured into pre-defined communication modules to support various application needs in a cost-effective manner.
