VI4310 Sensor IC Highly Integrated 3D Single Photon Image Sensor In CoB Package
The VI4310 is a single photon image sensor that integrates a 19K pixel (160 rows x 120 columns) SPAD detector array and 3D imaging circuitry. Utilizing single photon detection and direct time-of-flight (dToF) technology developed by visionICs, the VI4310 directly outputs 3D point cloud data and depth maps with centimeter-level accuracy without requiring external ISP assistance. This System-on-Chip provides an efficient, cost-effective solution for solid-state LiDAR and 3D imaging applications.
