The REAL3™ IRS9103A is an automotive-grade laser diode and LED illumination driver IC specifically designed for automotive applications. Optimized for high-power and fast-switching requirements, this driver is ideal for indirect Time-of-Flight applications using Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Lasers (VCSEL).
The IRS9103A integrates an LVDS receiver input, gate driver, and switch components in a compact package, enabling efficient and space-saving designs. Built-in fail-safe mechanisms ensure reliable operation, making it suitable for size, cost, and performance-optimized camera module designs.
