The IRS9102C is a highly integrated laser diode and LED illumination driver IC designed for consumer applications. Optimized for high power and fast switching applications such as indirect Time-of-Flight using Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Lasers (VCSEL), this driver integrates an LVDS receiver input, gate driver, and switch components in a compact package. Built-in fail-safe mechanisms provide comprehensive protection for size, cost, and performance optimized camera module designs.
