TJA1100HN Automotive Ethernet IC 100BASE-T1 Compliant AEC-Q100 Grade 1 Qualified PHY Transceiver with 3.1V ~ 3.5V Supply Voltage
The TJA1100HN is an IEEE 100BASE-T1 compliant single port Ethernet PHY transceiver designed and fully qualified for automotive applications. It supports 100 Mbit/s transmit and receive capability over at least 15 meters of unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cables. Engineered to enable lowest system cost while meeting demanding area and heat constraints of next-generation electronic control units (ECU) and sensors for Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). Qualified in compliance with AEC-Q100 Grade 1, the TJA1100HN features the smallest package footprint, minimal external component overhead, and low power consumption.
