The AWS-0104 is a highly integrated silicon quad core IC designed for radar and 5G phased array applications. This wireless communication module supports four radiating elements with single beam transmit and receive capabilities, featuring comprehensive beam steering controls including 6-bit phase and gain control for precise beam steering and shaping.
Product Overview
When combined with a T/R switch, the BFIC serves as a plug-and-play antenna solution that significantly reduces SWaP-C (Size, Weight, Power, and Cost) for low power AESA radars. The beamforming integrated circuit features direct SPI programming of gain and phase, along with daisy chain SPI control capability between multiple ICs. It operates from a single positive power supply.
