The AWMF-0146 is a highly integrated silicon quad core IC designed for satellite communications applications. This advanced device supports four dual polarization radiating elements with full polarization flexibility and includes gain compensation over temperature with temperature reporting capabilities.
Product Overview
The AWMF-0146 features ESD protection on all pins, operates from a +1.2V supply, and is packaged in a WLCSP (Wafer Level Chip Scale Package) for easy installation in planar phased array antennas. The 2nd generation Ku-Band SATCOM beamformer IC family enables active antenna SATCOM ground terminals that can auto-align and auto-position, supporting SATCOM-on-the-move using LEO/MEO/GEO satellites.
