Product Overview
The QPF0219 is a multi-chip Front-End Module (FEM) specifically engineered for 2-18 GHz wide-band radar systems. This advanced module integrates a T/R switch, limiter, low-noise amplifier, and power amplifier in a single compact package.
Transmit power reaches 10 W saturated with 20% PAE and large signal gain of 13 dB (19 dB small signal). Receiver performance includes 4 dB noise figure, 14 dB small signal gain, and 21 dBm P1 dB.
The multi-die FEM utilizes optimal semiconductor technologies for each functional block: GaN-on-SiC for the power amplifier and T/R switch, and GaAs for the limiter and LNA. Housed in an 8 x 8 mm air cavity QFN package, the QPF0219 delivers exceptional performance in a minimal footprint.
