The Qorvo AWMF-0247 supports four antenna elements across the 13.75GHz to 14.5GHz transmit band and 10.7GHz to 12.75GHz receive band. The device combines adjustable power amplifier bias for efficient linear transmit power with low noise figure for enhanced receive sensitivity, delivering a compact, power-efficient solution ideal for low Earth orbit (LEO) and non-terrestrial network (NTN) terminals.
