AWMF-0145 Wireless Communication Module 37.1 to 40 GHz Single Polarization Quad Rx Beamformer for 5G n260 Band
The AWMF-0145 is a highly integrated silicon quad core Rx IC designed for 5G phased array applications. This advanced device supports four radiating elements and incorporates 5-bit phase control and 5-bit gain control for precise analog RF beam steering. Key features include gain compensation over temperature, temperature reporting, Tx power telemetry, and fast beam switching using on-chip beam weight storage registers. The device includes ESD protection on all pins, operates from +1.8V and 2.5V supplies, and is packaged in a WLCSP (wafer level chip scale package) for simplified flip chip installation in planar phased array antennas.
